Poses the greatest national television, the foreign press, players from around the world. We present ourselves to the salon, along with other 10 companies selected from the best of Basilicata.

Starring the country cuisine of different regions of Italy that offers traditional recipes using raw materials and business premises.
Presenting the "Dish of Brigante" or "Lagan and chickpea"
28 Italian farmhouses in competition, first prize was awarded to a traditional dish for thirty, many controversies as the jury trial as a criterion has given too much space to a certain way of cooking "chic" foreign to the spirit of the culture that contandina farmstays should pursue. We understand however the need for culinary innovation of the proposal must meet a certain kind of recipes that over time has been changed ... but in our opinion, the tradition of taste must remain so, otherwise it would more "traditional peasant food", linked to the history of the area, often a history of poverty. We point out however that the level of each recipe is very high, everything was delicious and genuine ... it's only a matter of taste and "vision" of catering farm.
The experience has undoubtedly been successful, it is always useful to compare with the other realities in order to improve continually. Experience that will probably be repeated again next year.
