In concorso 28 agriturismi italiani, il primo premio è stato aggiudicato ad un piatto della tradizione trentina; molte le polemiche poichè la giuria come criterio di giudizio ha dato troppo spazio a un certo modo di fare cucina “chic” estraneo allo spirito della cultura contandina che gli agriturismi dovrebbero portare avanti. Segnaliamo tuttavia che il livello dei vari piatti è stato molto alto, che tutto era squisito e genuino… si tratta solo di una questione di gusto e di “vision” della ristorazione agrituristica. L’esperienza è stata senza dubbio proficua, è sempre utile confrontarsi con le altre realtà in modo da migliorarsi di continuo.
