Competition in farm 28 Italians, the first prize was awarded to a traditional dish for thirty, many controversies as the jury trial as a criterion has given too much space in a certain way of cooking chic foreign to the spirit of that culture contandina the farm should continue. We point out however that the level of the various dishes was very high, everything was delicious and genuine ... this is just a matter of taste and "vision" of catering farmhouse.
The experience has undoubtedly been successful, it is useful to deal with other situations in order to improve continuously. An experience that will probably be repeated again next year.
